Report an Incident
The SAP Incident Wizard is used to report technical issues related to your products or the SAP support applications.
- To use the application, you require the authorizations Report an incident, Send incidents to SAP, and Close incidents, respectively. To request these, please contact a user administrator in your company.
- You can access sent incidents and SAP's reply in your inbox. When SAP has responded to your incident, you can opt to receive an e-mail and/or SMS notification.
