Report an Incident
The SAP Incident Wizard is used to report technical issues related to your products or the SAP support applications.
- To use the application, you require the authorizations Report an incident, Send incidents to SAP, and Close incidents, respectively. To request these, please contact a user administrator in your company.
Alternatively, you now can now report an incident in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad which includes a newly developed version of the "Find a Solution" application. Learn more about how to start using the Launchpad today.
*Please be aware that incidents submitted via the Launchpad are not visible via the traditional Inbox application.
