The SAP Support Knowledge Base Search, found in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, allows you to search a variety of repositories; including SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), SAP Community content, and more.
The Expert Search in the My SAP Notes & KBAs application lets you retrieve SAP Notes and SAP Knowledge Base Articles based on advanced selection criteria, and save these queries for future use. This is helpful if you carry out regular analysis of relevant information, e.g. identify SAP Notes regarding legal changes towards the end of your company's billing cycles.
You are now able to find preview versions of SAP Knowledge Base Articles on search engines such as Google, Bing and Yandex.
Tip: If you add the term 'KBA' to your search, you will greatly increase the relevancy of your search results.
