Get access to the OpenText Knowledge Base and enablement resources

• Open an SAP ticket requesting access (use component XX-PART-OPT-ECM-CLD)
• Login through the OpenText Knowledge Center / MySupport Portal

Know your version

• To check the version of the application you are on, login to your instance of Content Server using your Business Administrator credentials, and at the top center of the page, the version will be displayed along with the text "Content Suite Platform XX.X".
