As our valued SAP Preferred Care customer we are pleased to announce the release of an updated version of SAP's Schedule an Expert tool.
Available since September 2015, Schedule an Expert has allowed you to schedule a 30 minute session with an expert at a time of your choosing. And now, Schedule an Expert has been updated to support most SAP products and offers an improved experience, driven by your feedback
The upgraded Schedule an Expert tool will be available starting Monday August 21st
Please Note: Session availability may be limited the first few days after the Monday, August 21st launch as we add new resources to the new Schedule an Expert system
Similar to booking an online doctor's appointment, Schedule an Expert lets you speak with an expert on a topic of interest, at a time of your choosing.
Please Note: There is a minimum 3-day booking lead time to allow engineers to prepare for the appointment.
