Embedded launch activities (EmLA) help, enable, and prepare your project team for your cloud deployment. It is a standardized approach which guides you through the initial steps along a successful cloud journey. It provides focused guidance regarding how to best start enablement and learning, allows you to get early insight into the system, and offers touchpoints to track user enablement and solution-specific adoption metrics.
These activities do not include implementation, review, or advisory services related to customer-specific customizations for which you may engage a service partner.

Guided Enablement
Gives direction to jump start your learning journey as part of the onboarding process. It focuses on your initial need to acquire a solid basis from which to deepen your knowledge.
Solution Overview
Familiarize your team with the solution before the start of the project. Depending upon the solution, a demo system with sample data or navigation instructions with best-practices templates is provided.
These allow your team to get insights into functionality and review leading practices before starting a deployment project or within the first few weeks.
Adoption Touchpoints
Delivers the possibility to get insight whether to help you determine if you are on the right path with your solution adoption based. The touchpoints allow you to track user enablement and solution-specific adoption metrics.
