Premium Engagement

The Premium Engagement is a comprehensive, in-depth license engagement for selected customers to verify that the customer is compliant with its contract terms.

The scope and delivery method may be adjusted to the circumstances, but by default includes all licensed SAP products and areas of “Use” including Usage of SAP Software via interfaced third-party systems. The output is a detailed Measurement Report that is shared with the customer.

The scope of the Premium Engagement must be defined and communicated clearly via the engagement notification at the early beginning. 

Premium Engagements can be executed on-site or remotely, depending on the scope and the specific situation.
