Process flow

Request

  1. Initiation begins with the customer, submitting a request through their designed Enterprise Architect or Account Executive

Prepare

  1. SAP experts coordinate an introductory session to present the scope and verify that all prerequisites are in place for successful    execution

  1. Customer runs all relevant notes and shares the preliminary findings with SAP
  2. SAP then organizes a collaborative review session to analyze the  results in the context of the relevant technical scenarios
