  • Delivered by SAP specialists working on-site or remote with the customer

Process flow

Request

  1. Customer issues a service request to SAP
  2. SAP evaluates if CMS is the appropriate service to support the request

Prepare

  1. Alignment with customer on scope, timeline, and specific delivery approach 
  2. Composition of the SAP service & customer team members including a dedicated SAP service lead

Execute

  1. SAP service team & customer execute jointly the measurement and/or enablement based on the agreed scope
  2. Onsite or remote format possible 
  3. SAP service team & customer validate jointly the performed measurement

Report

  1. SAP service lead to prepare detailed Service Outcome report for the customer 
  2. CMS Outcome report will include all steps and approaches that were used to execute the service
