Process flow

Request

  1. Initiation begins with the customer submitting a request though their designed Enterprise Architect or Account Executive

Prepare

  1. Alignment with customer on scope, timeline and specific delivery approach for the LCI service engagement
  2. Composition of the GA&X service & customer team members including a dedicated GA&X service lead

Execute

  1. GA&X service team executes jointly with the customer the business process interviews based on the agreed scope
  2. Onsite or remote format possible
  3. GA&X service lead to provide Summary of Findings report based on the interview(s)

Result

  1. GA&X service lead to prepare detailed Service Outcome report for the customer
  2. LCI Service Outcome report will include all steps and approaches that were used to execute the service
