SAP ONE Support Launchpad(ラウンチパッド)には、使い勝手の良いサポートアプリケーションが一箇所にまとめられており、シンプルにご利用いただけます。ラウンチパッドでは、タスクごとに必要となるサポートリソースに直観的にアクセスできます。ロールプロファイルをカスタマイズすることで、関連アプリケーションと必要な情報のみが表示され、効率的で使いやすい作業環境を提供します。

ラウンチパッドでは、S ユーザー ID を新規作成してお客様社内のユーザーが SAP サポートアプリケーションにアクセスできるようにする、SAP ナレッジベースを参照して既知のソフトウェア問題の解決策を見つける、解決策が見つからない場合にインシデントを登録する、ソフトウェアをダウンロードおよび有効化する、お客様の現在のソフトウェアバージョンの技術情報を共有して SAP サポート部門がお客様の問題を効果的に解決できるようにするなどが可能です。
