What is the Solution Transformation Consultant Training?
Consultants will gain an overview of SAP's business transformation strategy, exploring an integrated toolchain and the journey from agile implementation to efficient operations. They should obtain hands-on experience in project planning, task management, solution documentation, test orchestration, and deployment using SAP Cloud ALM. Recapping their learnings, participants should get to know how SAP Cloud ALM supports the RISE with SAP methodology. Additionally, they should understand SAP's transition strategy from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM.
The training will show consultants the recommended approach for:
