Setup Steps in SAP Cloud ALM

The integration between SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 is orchestrated by SAP-Managed Connectivity. This uses our OpenTelemetry-based data collection infrastructure to report monitoring data to SAP Cloud ALM. To activate the data collection, you must only activate the monitoring in the SAP Cloud ALM app. It is mandatory, that you give consent for the data exchange by activating monitoring in the respective monitoring application.
