  • You have a subscription to SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management.
  • The SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management tenant has already been imported into SAP Cloud ALM and is available in Landscape Management.

Setup Steps in SAP Cloud ALM

The integration between SAP Cloud ALM and SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management is orchestrated by SAP-Managed Connectivity. This uses our OpenTelemetry-based data collection infrastructure to report monitoring data to SAP Cloud ALM. To activate the data collection, you must only activate monitoring in the SAP Cloud ALM app. You must also give consent for the data exchange by activating monitoring in the respective monitoring application:
