Welcome to your SAP Signature Management by DocuSign solution

  • You will be receiving an account activation email directly from DocuSign in the next 2 to 4 days. Please do not lose this!
  • Once your account has been activated, you can start sending documents electronically using the web app on docusign.com and you can activate the connection between your SAP application and the DocuSign service in the admin console of your SAP solution. 

Getting started with your implementation

Are you ready?
  • Please refer to the Turning on SAP Signature Management by DocuSign User Guide for instructions on how to activate your DocuSign account and enable the DocuSign integration for your SAP solution.
  • You will also receive an email from DocuSign to schedule your QuickStart onboarding session (up to 2 hours). It is important that you schedule your SAP Signature Management QuickStart session within 180 days of this email or it will be forfeited.
