Getting started with your implementation

Are you ready?

  • Before long, you will receive a confirmation email from OpenText letting you know that your solution is ready to go, along with tenant details and access instructions.
  • When you are ready to begin your OpenText configuration project, an OpenText Onboarding Manager will contact you to start your implementation journey.
  • Ensure you get in contact with OpenText Professional Services to learn more about their launch packages(opens in new tab).
  • OpenText Professional Services involvement may be required for certain key tasks during your implementation - more details on this can be provided by your OpenText Onboarding Manager.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certified consultants will be required for configuration needed in the SuccessFactors modules connecting with Open Text and they should be added to the project based on the integrations needed. Open Text Professional Services are not certified in SuccessFactors.
  • Your Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors solution requires a trained and certified partner for successful implementation. Ensure your selected partner holds the Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Policy Compliant Practitioner(opens in new tab) credential which is mandatory for all OpenText Cloud practitioners. Explore the OpenText directory(opens in new tab) to find the right service provider or technology expert to support your digital transformation journey*.

Know your version

To check the version of the application you are on, login to your instance of Content Server using your Business Administrator credentials, and at the top center of the page, the version will be displayed along with the text "Content Suite Platform XX.X".
