Continuous quality check and improvement services from SAP connect you with an SAP Expert. Our experts analyze your system and/or situation based on real life data from your systems or solution. Depending on the topic, you might be contacted to provide more information that will be part of the analysis. After each service, you receive a service report with an executive summary, findings and a detailed action plan to mitigate risks or improve your situation.

How to request a CQC service ?

  • Remote Services can be requested via the new Get Support application in SAP for Me (SAP Note 1296527).
    When submitting your request, select 'Product' Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services and in 'Product function' choose either:
    • Service Request for a Cloud Solution
    • Service Request for an On-Premise Solution
  • If you need assistance to submit your request, you may contact your local Customer Interaction Center (CIC)

The continuous quality check for Business Process Improvement helps improve business processes for an SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA solution, by configuring the Business Process Improvement Suite of tools and explaining their usage for your core business processes.

The continuous quality check for SAP Business Process Performance Optimization analyzes and optimizes the performance of business processes.

Data Volume Management helps you to set up and monitor a data volume management strategy that defines how to manage and reduce future data growth and reduce existing database size by following a holistic approach that considers and integrates the following options: data avoidance, data summarization, data deletion, and data archiving.

To access on-premise content for SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit, access tile SAP Support Report Document* in SAP for Me and generate a fully automated Enterprise Support Report (ESR) for on-premise content.

* Additional authorization object “MY SUPPORT PROGRAM REPORT” is required to request the support report document. Contact your Super Administrators to have assigned this object to you on authorization level (for Customer Center of Expertise at CCC level, for customers at customer number level).   • Cloud Content

To access cloud content for SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit, access tile SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit** in SAP for Me.

** SAP Portal page provides all relevant information for customers (like how access tile, how to request access rights, documentation, etc.).

 

Customer Insights dashboard

The Customer Insights dashboard is a new reporting tool developed in SAP for Me to provide a holistic, customizable overview of SAP Solutions across all support contracts and deployment types.

This reporting tool analyzes the history of your support-related data, product portfolio and approaching renewals, support contracts, system landscape, cases and more. The customization and filter options enable you to create a self-service report tailored to your needs.

The Customer Insights dashboard is part of the transition from the SAP ONE Support Launchpad to SAP for Me and will be the successor to the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit.
