To access the Consumption tab in SAP for Me (Finance & Legal dashboard) and view the cards for Subscribed Based Consumption (Public Cloud and Private Cloud) and On-Premise license utilization, the following prerequisites must be met:
Access License Utilization for Cloud
Access License Utilization for Private Cloud
Access License Utilization for On-Premise
Subscribed-based consumption for SAP Public Cloud products
Subscribed-based consumption for SAP Private Cloud (RISE/GROW) products
License entitlement and usage for SAP On-Premise direct contracts
How to assign profiles: Super Administrators can manage S-User authorizations directly in SAP for Me under Users & Contacts. If you are not a Super Administrator, contact your company's SAP administrator to request the relevant profile assignment.
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) Enterprise Mode is not supported. It is recommended to use another browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
Where to Find the Consumption Tab
Log in to SAP for Me with your S-User ID
Navigate to Customer Dashboards → Finance & Legal
Select the Consumption tab

Access to the SAP for Me Consumption tab is available to all SAP customers. If your access is not granted after the correct authorization profiles have been assigned, please submit a support case(opens in new tab).
SAP for Me provides consumption results for Subscribed Based Products across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premise contracts — but only if all requirements listed in section Requirements are met and the relevant data conditions described below are satisfied for your deployment type.
Public Cloud
For SAP Public Cloud products, license usage snapshots are taken automatically by SAP — no system measurement or manual upload is required by the customer.
Data is only visible in SAP for Me if the measurable metrics for that product have been released externally by SAP. Not all products or metrics may be available at any given time.

On-Premise – License Audit
Measurement results for license audits are only visible in SAP for Me once a formal license audit has been completed and the results have been officially published to SAP for Me by SAP.
Customers cannot upload or trigger this view independently — it is populated by SAP following the conclusion of an audit engagement.

On-Premise – Self Measurement
For On-Premise systems, customers must perform a system measurement themselves and upload the results to SAP for Me before any consumption data becomes visible.

Private Cloud
For SAP Private Cloud (RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP), metering data is made available in SAP for Me on a monthly basis. SAP triggers the automated metering process for customer Private Cloud systems each month.
Customers can view license entitlements, measured consumption, and any identified gaps directly in the Private Cloud Consumption card.
