SAP ONE Support Launchpad

Performing support tasks is simplified by user-centric applications that are accessed through one central entry point: the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. The launchpad provides access to task-driven support resources in an intuitive interface. By using customizable role profiles, it displays only the relevant applications and insights to ensure an efficient and user-friendly experience.

Learn more about generating new S-User IDs to allow your colleagues access to SAP support applications, browsing our knowledge base for answers to known software issues, reporting incidents when you can't find a solution, downloading and activating software, enabling SAP support to solve your issues more effectively by sharing the current technical information about your deployment and much more.

Support Applications

Learn more about the applications found in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad

Knowledge Base

Use our self-service tools such as SAP Support Knowledge Search, My Notes & Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), Note Assistant and a report about side-effects of SAP Notes to find solutions.

If you are experiencing an issue with your SAP products, and you are unable to find a solution using the SAP Support Knowledge Search, you can report an incident to SAP Product Support.

Software Downloads

Find more information about topics related to software downloads such as installations, upgrades, support packages, patches, databases, address directories, reference data and SAP Download Manager.

Users & Authorizations

Add users, remove users and control which applications on the SAP Support Portal or SAP ONE Support Launchpad are accessible to your company's existing users.

Systems & Installations

When you purchase an SAP product, an installation is created. It contains systems, which represent the computers on which you installed your SAP product or a tenant that SAP manages for your business in the cloud.

When working with SAP software, various types of keys may be needed such as license keys to activate the product, migration keys, developer and object (SSCR) keys, plus your own namespaces to modify it.

Für deutschsprachige Besucher gibt es eine Übersicht über die wichtigsten Support-Anwendungen auch auf Deutsch.
