The SAP ONE Support Launchpad provides access to task-driven support resources in an intuitive interface. By using customizable role profiles, it displays the relevant applications and insights to you.

We strive to continually improve and harmonize the user experience when engaging with SAP support. SAP for Me will become a central digital touchpoint for you to get support, adopting many of the functions you have been using in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Single Sign-On with SAP Passport

SAP Passports are digital client certificates that assist you in securely navigating throughout SAP digital websites, without repeated prompting to log in. Once you have authenticated on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and applied for an SAP Passport, SAP Trust Center issues your SAP Passport.
