Uniper is one of the world's largest power generators. When separating from a larger company in 2016, Uniper saw an opportunity to better use SAP solutions to reduce bureaucracy and move on from a legacy of manual and error-prone business processes.
As part of its #saplab initiative, Uniper's Corporate IT team began a close collaboration with SAP MaxAttention to streamline business operations using SAP Business Technology Platform, delivering around 30 business process improvements and empowering users in plant maintenance, Procurement, Finance, HR and IT.
