Alert Management - Integration with External Systems

Alert Management SAP Focused Run provides several interfaces for the integration with external systems. This can be an external event management systems or incident management solution or an alert reaction that triggers an OS command.

Alert Management is also capable of processing incoming events from external sources, either for alert confirmation or to serve as the central event management system.
