The tool is also currently being used for lift & shift (for all ABAP-based systems on HANA) and is particularly useful for migrating large databases using the SAP HANA tenant copy. Organized in cockpits, it offers clear and precise instructions for each transition scenario, establishing a "golden path" to ensure successful migrations. It is split into two main phases: the uptime phase and the downtime phase. This structure ensures that users have a clear understanding and control over the entire process. It is included as part of the RISE with SAP landscape at no additional cost and integrates seamlessly with SAP Software Logistics Tools. The workbench ensures faster, more transparent, and controlled transitions.
