On the KBAs & Notes tab, you can access relevant SAP Knowledge Base Articles and SAP Notes all in one place.

From the sidebar, select Services & Support → KBAs & Notes tab. It contains these cards:

• Preventative KBAs & Notes card
  Proactively informs you about risks that potentially threaten the systems you are most interested in.
• New SAP Notes & KBAs card
  If there are relevant new SAP Notes or KBAs similar to a note that you've read before, you can see these new notes. Select a new note for more information.
• Updated SAP Notes & KBAs card
  If there's an updated SAP Note or KBA for a note that you've read before, you can see these updates. Select an updated note for more information.
• Favorite SAP Notes & KBAs card
  Notes that you marked as favorites. If one of the favorite notes changes, this is shown on the card.
• SAP Notes & KBAs Overview card
  Learn about the concept behind SAP Notes & KBAs and related tools and topics.
• SAP Notes & KBAs Expert Search card
  Search for specific notes using a variety of filter criteria (and the option to save them for your next visits).
• Recently Viewed Notes & KBAs card
  Check all notes that you have viewed recently on the Recently Viewed page.
• SAP HotNews card
  See a complete list of priority 1 (very high priority) SAP Notes to learn how to avoid and resolve problems with your SAP systems.
• SAP Security Notes card
  Review SAP Security Notes and important action items to help you maintain your system security. Select a note to see changes, download or export, email, notes. Save notes as favorites.
• SAP Legal Change Notes card
  See legal changes that may affect you, notes that may be required to maintain compliance with governing authorities in your country.
