On-Premise Maintenance Card

Use the On-Premise Maintenance card to see all your on-premise maintenance orders and upcoming renewals, as well as submit a purchase order for your maintenance contracts.

The On-Premise Maintenance list is initially sorted by the Maintenance Period End, so that orders that are up for renewal the soonest are listed at the top.

Required Authorization

Contact an administrator in your company(opens in new tab) to request Display Order Information in SAP for Me.

Procedure

  1. Go to Customer Dashboards → Finance & Legal → On-Premise tab → On-Premise Maintenance card. Buttons at the top of the card let you select:
    • SAP Orders – your orders are booked directly with SAP.
    • Partner Orders – your orders are booked with an SAP partner. Contact your partner for more information on renewals.
  2. For any SAP order, select > to enter the order details page.
  3. On the order details page, you can see information on your maintenance order, addresses associated with the order, payment details, and more. See order details page for more information.
  4. When an on-premise auto renewal is near the renewal date, the Upcoming Period displays. Here you can submit your purchase order (PO) number to SAP for the upcoming period.
  5. On Your Order Details, you can:
    • Select No PO Number Required if your order doesn't need a PO number.
    • Add New PO Number to assign a purchase order number to this order.
  6. You can export your contracts to an .xlsx file on your computer.

Status

The days to the renewal date including the maintenance end date.

  • Red – The contract is up for renewal in the next 30 days.
    • Auto Renewal Contract – The contract is about to automatically renew. Notification term to submit contract changes at renewal is coming to an end.
    • Active Renewal – The contract is about to expire. Notification term to actively renew the contract is coming to an end.
  • Orange – The contract is up for renewal in the next 90 days. Please let SAP know if you want to renew the contract and submit changes at renewal if requested.
  • Terminated – The Contract has been terminated and will expire by Maintenance End Date.
