Cards
SAP for Me cards offer you a range of information. Cards show customized informationto help you to consume or download, open tasks and actions that need your attention, as well as further links related to your SAP experience.
- In many cards, a filter bar lets you narrow the list of entries down to those that are most relevant to you. Filters come in several versions:
- Select options from the drop-downs (when available) so that only those list entries are shown that meet all filter criteria.
- Select the Favorites only box (when available) at the top of the list to see only your favorite entries.
- Select a filter value in the button bar so that only those list entries are shown that meet this criteria.
- Use the local search in the card (when available) to quickly find an entry in the list.
- Select Sort at the top of each column to sort columns. Select Sort again to reverse the sorting order.
- Select Mark as Favorite (when available) to the left of an entry's name to add this entry to your favorites. You can then filter by favorites to see only these entries. Favorites are also listed on the Favorites card on your Home page.
Click the icon again to remove an entry from your list of favorites. - Select Expand or Collapse on a card row (when available) to see more information in that row.
- Select Expand All or Collapse All (when available) to see more information for all rows.
- Select the number of list entries that are shown at a glance.
- Use pagination to navigate between different pages of the card.
- Select the Card Menu to see additional actions, for example:
- Select What is this card about? to get help on each card and how to use it.
- Select Contact Us, then:
• Written Case to report a technical issue with SAP for Me.
• Phone to find SAP Support phone numbers.
- Select Export to export the data on the card into a Microsoft Excel .xlsx file on your computer. Not all cards offer this functionality.
