The SAP for Me Status page(opens in new tab) is a transparent and effective way to inform visitors of any downtime, disruption, or degradation affecting availability or usability of the portal or select tools.
To enter the page, click Status in the SAP for Me sidebar.
The page displays the current status, but also a list of past incidents.
Click Subscribe to updates in the upper-right corner of the page to opt in to an e-mail notification service. You will get e-mail notifications whenever a new SAP for Me incident is added to the Status page or a planned maintenance event is announced.
To get help, there are two options.
All general dashboards, Calendar, and Profile have an integrated Get Assistance feature to guide you to the right place for the best information. Select the Get Assistance in the sidebar and check out the FAQs and troubleshooting hints.
