Support by product pages make it easy for you to find support-related information about product versions at a glance, eliminating the need to search numerous SAP web sites to find content for your products.
On the SAP Support Portal, support by product pages consolidate SAP Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) that are available without a login and previews of KBAs that do require a login, product documentation, Guided Answers, and blogs and questions from the SAP Community. In the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, product pages also include release information like maintenance dates, software downloads, and systems (if available).
In the Launchpad, customers with an S-user ID can add a new My Products tile from the tile catalog to their homepage and save the products they are interested in, further personalizing their Launchpad experience with the products they are using.

Support by product pages in the Launchpad require an S-user ID, while support by product pages in the portal do not require any login.
We are featuring approximately 240 product versions in the SAP Support Portal. The SAP ONE Support Launchpad contains more than 2,000 product version pages. Please log in to the Launchpad and find your product there.
Concur, Ariba, and Fieldglass products are not included at this time.
SAP Notes are not directly assigned to products or product versions. We plan to offer product-related SAP Notes in a future release.
Through PAM, SAP shares information about SAP software releases: release types, maintenance durations, planned availability, and upgrade paths. The PAM also offers information about platform availability, including database and operating systems. So, it is in particular important in the evaluation, implementation, and upgrade phases.
Support by product pages help you during the operations phase of your product: They address common issues that might otherwise require you to reach out to SAP Support for assistance.
