If you have issue to log on to the Support Launchpad for SAP Business One, please follow the recommendations below:
Instructions: Specify your S-user ID and press ‘Send'. A mail will instantly be sent to your S-user's registered email address with a direct link to “Reset your Password”.
2.Use SAP Passport (single sign on)
As a best practice, we recommend using SAP Passport (SSO) when visiting pages in SAP Support Portal or accessing support applications. Users running SSO (with a valid certificate) will enjoy a seamless login experience when visiting the Support Launchpad.
