The implementation service ITSM Activate is designed to make the standard SAP ITSM transaction types ready to use within your SAP Solution Manager 7.2 as quick as possible. This can be ensured by preconfigured ITSM transaction types, authorization roles, business roles and mail notifications.
The implementation service ITSM Operate consists of ITSM Activate plus ITSM consulting to create specific customer individual ITSM processes. Customer requirements that are not covered by standard ITSM functionality will be collected, validated and implemented via customizing.
