Health Monitoring for SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)

Available Monitoring Content

The following components can be monitored:

CertificatesCertificate ValidityProvides the number of days until the certificate expires. In the metric details you can also see information about the issuer and exact expiration date of each certificate.
JMS QueuesJMS Queue CapacityShows the current memory used for JMS queues and the current usage in percent.
JMS QueuesNumber of JMS QueuesShows the current number of active JMS queues.
JMS QueuesNumber of JMS queue messagesShows the number of messages per JMS queue. 

Setup Steps in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)

Find your Operations Platform

Identify whether your SAP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration tenant runs on Neo or on Cloud Foundry. To do so please check the URL of your tenant:

  • URL of a Neo tenant looks like: https://<tenant Id>-tmn.hci.<landscape>.hana.ondemand.com/
  • URL of a Cloud Foundry tenant looks like: https://<tenant Id>.<system id, e.g. it-cpi001>.cfapps.<landscape>.hana.ondemand.com/

Activate Monitoring

  1. Open the Health Monitoring application from the launchpad
  2. Click the rack-wheel icon in the upper right corner to access the configuration
  3. Open the section Cloud Services
  4. You should find your SAP Integration Suite service listed here. Enable the toggle button next to the service name to activate the data collection.
