Business Service Management

  • Definition of customer specific maintenance events at business service level
  • Propagation of externally communicated maintenance, disruptions or degradation events e.g. as exposed by Cloud Availability Center from technical services to business services as resulting business up/down times
  • Definition of service times based on service level agreements/ service contracts on business service level -> Measurement of actual availabilities at technical service level and consolidation to business service level -> Calculation of compliance to defined SLA's on business service level
  • IT related events e.g. maintenance notification defined at business service level will be cascaded down to technical service level e.g. users of involved technical services will receive maintenance notification

Intelligent Event Processing
