General Information

SAP Forecasting and Replenishment for Retail, add-on for fresh products is the successor to the highly successful SAP Forecasting and Replenishment for Retail, fresh product forecasting add-on RCS, which launched in December 2014.

SAP Forecasting and Replenishment for Retail, add-on for fresh products, provides functionality to support forecasting and automated replenishment for fresh products such as vegetables and fruits, meat, fish, and convenience food. The FBS is integrated into SAP Forecasting and Replenishment for Retail 5.2 as an add-on. With this solution, customers can increase the availability of products in these categories and reduce spoilage. Fresh products are crucial for grocery retailers to attract and retain customers. Freshness and quality are decisive factors for customers when they decide where to do their shopping.
