SUM 2.0 SP 25:

  • Shell Copy: covers SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 and EHP7​
  • Standardization & Automation: Upgrade resets obsolete SAP Notes automatically; Advanced filtering in CRR process control.
  • Performance: ACT_UPG runtime improved due parallelization; Downtime-optimized conversion with SAP ASE enabled; Full FI customizing during uptime on the temporary system

Software Provisioning

Changes with Software Provisioning Manager 1.0 SP46 and 2.0 SP23

  • Shell Copy scenario now cover SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 and EHP7
  • HP-UX OS platform is supported only in frozen versions – SAP Note 3261541(opens in new tab)
  • HP‑UX platform is sunsetting
    • HP‑UX support is being ended (no HP‑UX patches after end of 2025)​
    • archives will be kept and builds remain available until the end of H1/2026
