GoToAssist is integrated into SAP's Remote Support Infrastructure. This means connections are encrypted and logged.
It is mandatory for all customers to replace Netviewer one2meet with LogMeIn GoToAssist after December 31st, 2016 in case they want to receive screen sharing remote support from SAP.
However, it is still used exclusively for the purpose of screen sharing by SAP VAR and software partners who utilize the SAP Remote Connectivity framework in SAP Solution Manager for the processing of SAP incidents. In this case, the Netviewer one2meet version 6.4 client can be downloaded here.
