As a RISE with SAP customer, you can kickstart your SAP S/4HANA transformation journey with the RISE with SAP Signavio starter pack. SAP Signavio solutions can help your organization continuously understand, innovate, and transform processes – fast and at scale. SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub allow you to (re-) design and standardize your processes, laying the foundation to continuously transform business processes. SAP Signavio Process Insights provides you with unique insights into your current process performance and with recommended actions for improvements.

The RISE with SAP Signavio starter pack includes:

  • SAP Signavio Process Manager: 3 users
  • SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub: 10 users
  • SAP Signavio Process Insights: 50 GB with one-time load only

This starter pack equips you with a first sub-set of the process transformation capabilities to get you started.

SAP Signavio Process Manager 

With the RISE with SAP starter pack, you have the chance to use the full functionality of SAP Process Manager. You can start exploring the modeling capabilities with up to three SAP Signavio Manager users and an unlimited no. of models.

SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub

With the RISE with SAP starter pack, you have the chance to use the full functionality of SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub. You can assign up to 10 SAP Process Collaboration Hub licenses to users in your organization who can share published models created in SAP Signavio Process Manager and provide feedback by commenting model details on published models.

SAP Signavio Process Insights

With the RISE with SAP Signavio starter pack, you can use the full functionality of SAP Signavio Process Insights based on a one-time data load from your productive ERP system. To test the connectivity and data load, you should connect your quality system first before you connect your production system.

Your next steps:

  • Connect the solution to your quality system to validate the data extraction process.
  • Once you've successfully validated the process in your quality system, you can proceed to connect the solution to your production system.
  • To be able to connect your production system, unregister your quality system as the managed system to remove the connection from this system to your cloud tenant.

To make best use of your SAP Signavio Process Insights entitlement included in RISE with SAP, make sure your process experts are available to analyze your data when you load data into the solution. With the RISE with SAP starter pack, you can load data only once.
