1)     Subscribe To The Application

Once you've signed a contract that gives you access to SAP Signavio Process Insights, you can subscribe to the application in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The process of subscribing to the application can be broken down into the following activities:

2)     Check Before You Start

  • Your administrator has connected your source system (or systems) and data is available.
  • Your administrator has given you access to the application, as well as the authorization to see the data you need for your analysis.
  • You're using the latest version of one of the following supported browsers:
    • Google Chrome
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Apple Safari on macOS
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer isn't supported.

3)     Logon To Your Global Account

Troubleshooting Access Issues: 

  • Forgot password: if you forgot your password for your S-User ID or Universal ID, reach out to the Customer Interaction Center. 
  • Technical issues: for any technical difficulties, you can reach out to our product support via a ticket in SAP for Me.
  • Unsure who your global admin is: contact your SAP Sales representative or Customer Success Partner.
  • New global admin needed: if you want to change your global admin, contact our product support via a ticket in SAP for Me.
