SAP Signavio workspaces are provisioned through SAP for Me(opens in new tab).

An automated provisioning email will be sent to the Technical Administrator (IT Contact) listed in your SAP contract ten days prior to your contract start date, with instructions to provision your SAP Signavio workspace. Additional users can be added as SAP Signavio workspace administrators.

Once the workspace is provisioned, the Technical Administrator will receive an email with access details.

1)     Subscribe To The Application

Once you've signed a contract that gives you access to SAP Signavio Process Insights, you can subscribe to the application in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The process of subscribing to the application can be broken down into the following activities:

2)     Check Before You Start

  • Your administrator has connected your source system (or systems) and data is available.
  • Your administrator has given you access to the application, as well as the authorization to see the data you need for your analysis.
  • You're using the latest version of one of the following supported browsers:
    • Google Chrome
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Apple Safari on macOS
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer isn't supported.

3)     Logon To Your Global Account

Troubleshooting Access Issues: 

  • Forgot password: if you forgot your password for your S-User ID or Universal ID, reach out to the Customer Interaction Center(opens in new tab). 
  • Technical issues: for any technical difficulties, you can reach out to our product support via a ticket in SAP for Me(opens in new tab).
  • Unsure who your global admin is: contact your SAP Sales representative or Customer Success Partner.
  • New global admin needed: if you want to change your global admin, contact our product support via a ticket in SAP for Me(opens in new tab). 

  • For questions on SAP for Me navigation, S-user ID and Universal ID contact the Customer Interaction Center. 
  • For product related questions open a ticket in SAP for Me. 
  • For non-technical questions contact your SAP Solution Contact.
