Steps to access your SAP Signavio workspace: 

  1. Open you web browser: use any modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. 
  2. Navigate to the SAP Signavio Login page
  3. Enter your credentials: username (your email address) and password - if this is your first time logging in, you have received an email with your login credentials. If you haven't received this, check your spam folder or contact your system administrator. 
  4. Access the workspace: once logged in, you will be directed to your SAP Signavio workspace where you can start utilizing the platform's features. 
  5. In the top right navigation bar, choose SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, using the app switcher.

 

Troubleshooting access issues: 

 

  • Forgot password: if you forgot your password, click on "I've forgotten my password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. 
  • Account locked: if your account is locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts, contact our product support via ticket in SAP for Me.
