Your SAP LeanIX subscription will be automatically provisioned after the contracts are signed. SAP LeanIX onboarding will automatically share the access details with person listed on the contract as responsible technical contact.

SAP LeanIX is committed to help and support customers during initial steps with SAP LeanIX EAM solution with the key objective to not only technically onboard you, but also to navigate you through the key steps to get meaningful business outcomes and quick wins already as part of onboarding. Based on our experience onboarding time to value takes around 6 weeks.

Yes, Professional Services or SAP LeanIX partners can alternatively support you with a hands-on approach to set up your baseline inventory and mature your EA practice. Please consult with your sales representative for more details.

To get familiar with SSO options, please visit documentation page Single Sign-On (SSO). To make a SSO configuration request please visit SAP for Me (sign in with your S-User ID) and submit a standard support case. During case creation it’s best if you name the case “SAP LeanIX SSO Setup Request” and make sure you select SAP LeanIX as a product (See this SAP Video instructions to learn more). For quickest case resolution we advise to include the following data in case notes: your workspace URL, SSO identity provider (IdP), User Role Management details, Desired domain name in the URL (example: https://your-company.leanix.net), Metadata Source (link or file attached) and include all technical contacts relevant for this setup. After case submission you will be notified of changes via standard case notifications (Getting Notifications on Your Cases in SAP for Me).
