Before setting up your SAP LeanIX workspace, make sure to complete the necessary administrative prerequisites.

SAP LeanIX workspaces are provisioned through SAP for Me.
An automated provisioning email will be sent to the technical contact listed in your SAP contract ten days prior to your contract start date, with instructions to provision your SAP LeanIX workspace. Additional users can be added as workspace administrators.
Once the workspace is provisioned, all designated SAP LeanIX admins will receive an email with access details on your contract start date.
