Our recommended best practices

  • Send support cases in SAP for Me under component XX-PART-DRT- CMD-CLD.
  • First-Level Support is provided but SAP Global Partner Support.
  • Second and Third Level Support is provided by DigitalRoute Support via the SAP Support Portal in SAP for Me.
  • Solution upgrades are delivered by DigitalRoute approximately once a month with no downtime. Your SAP Cloud Administrator will receive upgrade notifications by email.
