About the User, Authorization, and Administrator Concept (opens in new tab)

SAP Concur workspaces are provisioned through SAP for Me.

An automated provisioning email will be sent to the technical contact listed in your SAP contract on the contract start date, with instructions to provision your SAP Concur workspace. Additional users can be added as workspace administrators.

For detailed guidance, refer to:

Documentation: Provisioning SAP Concur Tenant via SAP for Me(opens in new tab)

For questions on SAP for Me navigation, S-user ID and Universal ID contact the Customer Interaction Center(opens in new tab).

SAP Concur support is based on your user type: S-users and Authorized Support Contacts (ASCs) follow different support paths.

  • S-users, who will be created at the start of your contract, should contact the SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC) for non-technical support, including guidance on S user provisioning, navigating SAP for Me, and documenting escalations.
  • Authorized Support Contacts(ASC), who will be identified towards the end of your implementation, should use the SAP Concur Support Portal to search the knowledge base or open a chat or support case. For critical incidents, outages, or case escalations, use the regional Global Support Phone Number available in the portal.
  • Not sure which user type you are? Once your SAP Concur production entity is live, sign in to SAP Concur and look for the headset icon in the upper-right corner. If you see it, you’re an S user. If you don’t, you’re an Authorized Support Contact and you can login to the SAP Concur Support Portal directly from your SAP Concur product by selecting the Help option > Contact Support from the shell bar.
