Request your SAP User – Many of our resources can only be accessed only with your S-user ID. For new customers, SAP will create S-user IDs for the SAP software recipients. Your company’s user administrators can then request additional S-user IDs and assign the required authorizations.

Update IT Contact for your Account – Make sure the correct IT contact for your account has been identified and is listed on your account. This person will have received the initial welcome e-mail and future support and provisioning updates. If you need to update the IT contact for your account, please create a ticket via the Support Portal.
