This ensures that you have access to exclusive SAP Enterprise Support learning content at no additional cost.

*SAP Enterprise Support Academy has begun moving to learning.sap.com. The migration of SAP Enterprise Support enablement content from SAP Learning Hub to learning.sap.com will not happen all at once but will follow a phased approach. During this period, a combination of assets will be available on both learning.sap.com and SAP Learning Hub. Therefore, a one-time sign-up for the SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support, is still necessary (a valid S-user ID is required). To access the SAP Enterprise Support Academy  on the SAP Learning site, a valid S-user ID is required.

Accessing Value Maps

To access Value Map Groups, you must login to SAP Community with an S-user ID or a Universal ID.

  • Within Value Maps, explore curated groups aligned with your line of business or interests. Select the "Cloud ERP (Public)" group, then click “Join Group.” Once inside, you can request a call with one of our topic experts to connect with the right enablement resources.

Some enablement content requires access to SAP Enterprise Support Academy where you can also browse our full range of learning opportunities.

Note: To provision a Universal ID, please follow these steps: (1) Visit the SAP Universal ID website, (2) sign up for an account using your company email, and (3) link your existing S-user ID to your new Universal ID.
