Subscribe to WhatsApp SAP Product Support channels and receive updates including KBAs, wiki's, guided answers, SAP Notes and “hot tips” on only the products that apply to your needs. From your mobile device, scan the QR code or click on the channel link of your choice, save channel to your contacts and send the word, “Start” to activate messages. Unsubscribe at any time by sending the word, “Stop”.
From your mobile device, click on the WhatsApp links listed above to access the WhatsApp widget. Click the green button.
Click on the green contact button.

Now you will be prompted to make a new contact. Save the contact and open WhatsApp.
In WhatsApp, search for “SAP … ” and the new contact will appear as an option.
Send the word “Start”. You will receive a message with a link. Click on the link and choose your topics. Access this list to change your topics at any time.
