Technical Prerequisites

The following technical prerequisites have to be met in order to monitor integrations and exceptions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition:

  • SAP Focused Run 3.0 FP03

Integration Monitoring Setup

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition is using PUSH monitoring configuration. This means the monitoring is activated by default during the PUSH monitoring activation in the managed system. You can activate or deactivate the categories after the initial setup.

Available Monitoring Categories

For SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, the following monitoring categories are available:

For SAP S/4HANA Cloud services using PUSH monitoring, standard filters are created during the initial PUSH monitoring setup. You can create additional filters or change the existing filter as required. 

Available Filter Options

You can filter the messages and exceptions collected from the managed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition system. 

If you don't add a filter for the data collection, all messages and exceptions for this category will be collected. 

Not for all categories we offer filters for the data collection. For these categories all messages or exceptions will be collected. You can create filters on the collected messages and exceptions later on during the alerting setup.

For all AIF sub-categories the following data collection filters are available:
