What is the Solution Transformation consultant training?

Consultants will gain an overview of SAP's business transformation strategy, exploring an integrated toolchain and the journey from agile implementation to efficient operations. They should obtain hands-on experience in project planning, task management, solution documentation, test orchestration, and deployment using SAP Cloud ALM. Recapping their learnings, participants should get to know how SAP Cloud ALM supports the RISE with SAP methodology. Additionally, they should understand SAP's transition strategy from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM. 

The training will show consultants the recommended approach for:

  • Conducting a self-guided and content-driven implementation based on SAP Activate methodology and Best Practices content
  • Onboarding project Teams rapidly and Progress Monitoring of implementation activities
  • Project planning and management of Implementation Tasks – automatically generated and adapted to customer scope.
  • Supporting Fit-to-Standard workshops with convenient visualization of Business Models and Process Descriptions
  • Preparing and managing manual and automated tests with Tricentis Test Automation for SAP
  • Using deployment and release planning capabilities
  • Using integrated reporting capabilities
  • Transitioning from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM
  • Supporting RISE with SAP and Clean Core

Consultants will also gain an overview about how SAP Cloud ALM for operations increases operations efficiency and provides transparency regarding the availability of business services including business downtimes, business events, and business SLAs.

This certification validates your proficiency in application lifecycle management skills and core knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM, that are necessary for the Solution Transformation Consultant profile. It demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and in-depth skills required to lead a project team as a solution transformation consultant, guiding the team through the solution transformation journey using SAP Cloud ALM.
