What is the Solution Transformation Consultant Training?

This learning journey focuses on the solution transformation topic (design to deploy) in the end-to-end business transformation journey. The training includes how to manage all implementation activities through SAP Cloud ALM which adhere to SAP Activate methodology, content, and tools such as the testing powered by Tricentis Test Automation for SAP as well as the deployment activities. After completing this learning journey, solution transformation consultants will understand how to best manage the design to deploy phase of the business transformations based on an integrated approach using an end-to-end tool chain.

The training will show consultants the recommended approach for:

• Conducting a self-guided and content-driven implementation based on SAP Activate methodology and Best Practices content
• Onboarding project Teams rapidly and Progress Monitoring of implementation activities
• Project planning and management of Implementation Tasks – automatically generated and adapted to customer scope.
• Supporting Fit-to-Standard workshops with convenient visualization of Business Models and Process Descriptions
• Preparing and managing manual and automated tests with Tricentis Test Automation for SAP
• Using deployment and release planning capabilities
• Using integrated reporting capabilities

Consultants will also gain an overview about how SAP Cloud ALM for operations increases operations efficiency and provides transparency regarding the availability of business services including business downtimes, business events, and business SLAs.
