The Transformation Approach Finder app functions as a strategic resource to indicate the optimal transformation scenario for your business. By utilizing AI and leveraging data-driven insights, it delivers an assessment tailored to your unique requirements. This app integrates essential data points from Readiness Check Usage and Data Profiling and Maintenance Readiness Check Data. By employing detailed data and specific questions, the app serves as an indicator for the scenario-fit, ensuring the seamless initiation of a transformation project. This process is directly connected to CALM Project and Task Management, speed up the strategic execution of your transformation initiative in the discovery phase.
The Digital Blueprint provides a visual, data-driven foundation for data analysis and scoping, while simultaneously ensuring documentation for traceability. The Readiness Check generates a Usage and Data Profiling file, which, when uploaded to the Digital Blueprint, quickly provides an overview of the existing data in the business objects, company codes, and usage patterns. In a second step, the Table Scan creates an overview of the tables. The Digital Blueprint can serve as input for the Digital Discovery Assessment, as a valuable source of information, and, within the scoping process, as a template for the automated Lean Selective Data Transition scenario or as a basis for the SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit.
