Retrieve SAP Cloud ALM Service Key
Some of the managed SAP Cloud services use a PUSH mechanism to send alerts and exceptions to SAP Cloud ALM. To successfully set up this PUSH mechanism you need the SAP Cloud ALM Service Key to enter the SAP Cloud ALM credentials during the PUSH setup in the managed SAP Cloud service.
Update for newly provisioned SAP Cloud ALM tenants
If you requested SAP Cloud ALM on or after 2023-06-14, a service key that can be used to connect managed services to SAP Cloud ALM for Operations monitoring applications was generated automatically.
You can access this service key via the Landscape Management Application. Please note that you need the role Landscape Management Security Admin to see the section "SAP Cloud ALM Service Key".
- Open the Landscape Management application
- Click the "Configuration" button in the upper right corner
- Expand the section "SAP Cloud ALM Service Key"
- Use the Download button to download the service key.
Customers that received their SAP Cloud ALM tenant without an automatically created service key, can upload their service key in this section for future use.
