Partner solutions which provide additional functionalities in own applications or standardized integrations to 3rd party solutions, that are available on demand from a partner or on SAP Store, which extend and improve current SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.

Bronze status level is granted for available and documented extension solutions; Silver level is awarded to partner solutions that can provide an official customer reference in addition to the solution; Gold level can be achieved as soon as the solution has passed the process of being available on the SAP Store.

1.  SAP Cloud ALM Reference Partner

2. SAP Cloud ALM Extension Partner

The ALM Partner Hub provides an exclusive platform for SAP partners to showcase their solutions within the “SAP Cloud ALM extensions” list. This document outlines the essential rules and prerequisites that SAP partners must fulfill to get listed in this prestigious hub.

To be eligible for listing in the ALM Partner Hub, partners must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Market Readiness: The solution must be ready to be offered in the market and documented as either a service or a product subscription.
  • Capability Criteria: The solution must fit into one or more of the specified capability categories (details below).
  • API Integration: The solution must be based on APIs, either as a new application or a standard integration within a third-party application.

The program is open to every partner type that fulfills the above prerequisites. It is important to note that SAP does not own or bear responsibility for the solutions listed, nor for the commercial agreements between partners. While a Go-To-Market (GTM) through the SAP Store is not mandatory, partners can achieve this by applying for the SAP Store procedure.

Partners who wish to apply must provide the following information:

  • A logo and a contact email address.
  • The name of the solution along with a link to its documentation.
  • A statement indicating whether the solution is a standard integration or an original application.
  • Selection of one of the following capability categories:
    • Operations Analytics Packages
    • Operations Event Integration Packages
    • Monitoring Adapters and Content for 3rd Party Systems
    • Operations Automation Packages
    • Test Management
    • Change and Deployment Management
    • Documentation Management
    • Agile Project and Task Management
    • Collaboration and Notification
    • Process Management
    • Regulated Environment
    • IT Finance and Resources
    • Partner Delivery Suite

Partner solutions apply for a certain capability, which SAP will check and approve.

  • Bronze status level is granted for available and documented extension solutions.
  • Silver level is awarded to partner solutions that can provide an official customer reference in addition to the solution. 
  • Gold level can be achieved as soon as the solution has passed the process of being available on the SAP Store.

To initiate the application process, partners must send an email to alm_partner@sap.com with all the required information attached. This email should include all the necessary details outlined above.

SAP reserves the right to exclude or remove partner solutions that do not comply with the rules, requirements, or overarching SAP guidelines from the hub.
 

3.  Powered by SAP Cloud ALM Partner

a. Commit to deliver all SAP implementation and operations services using SAP Cloud ALM as a preferred delivery tool for SAP Cloud applications.

b. Tracking commitment annually (self-submission of total number of active customers and those using SAP Cloud ALM for implementation or operations). Send an email.

Partner Action: To request to be listed as an SAP Cloud ALM committed partner on ALM Partner Hub, send email with commitment and logo to email.

1. Logo should be png, svg, jpg vector forms preferably which is transparent.

2. Commitment email body to be used as below:

We, _____<Partner Organization Name>_____, here by commit to use SAP Cloud ALM in all our ALM services for SAP Cloud solutions, delivered to our customers, whenever it´s applicable. As such, we request to be listed as a SAP Cloud ALM committed partner on the ALM Partner Hub showcasing us (along with our logo); for our ability to support our joint customers leveraging SAP Cloud ALM solutions to implement and/or operate SAP applications.
