Overview Tab

The Overview(opens in new tab) tab lets you see information on all your systems, installations, and entitlements.

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Overview tab. It has these cards:

  • Systems card
    Shows the overall number of different system roles (for instance, Production). Select the card to go to the Systems tab.
  • Provisioning Overview card
    Manage your cloud entitlements and provisioning. Select the top of the card for more information on the Provisioning tab.
  • Availability Status card
    Shows all cloud systems and their statuses, thus giving a central overview of your whole cloud system landscape. Select the top of the card to go to the Availability tab.
  • Installations card
    Select the top of the card to go to the Installation Management application.
  • Landscape Applications card
    Select any of the landscape applications:
    • SAP EarlyWatch Alert Workspace application
    • Maintenance Planner application
    • ECS Workspace application
    • ECS Landscape application
    • My Landscape workspace
    • System Hierarchy application
  • Optimize Your Systems card
    Select any of these options to optimize your systems:
    • Software Download Center application
    • Data Volume Management application
    • Technical Downtime Optimization application
    • Custom Code Analytics application
    • Financial Data Quality application
  • Systems & Provisioning Reporting card
    Select any of these options to get more insights: 
    • Insights into system landscape 
    • Insights into cloud availability
