Bundle Details Page

Check details of and manage a bundle on the bundle details page. A bundle is a group of systems for which outage notifications are shared with subscribers to efficiently inform them about scenarios or processes affected by an outage event.
 


Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Bundles tab → Bundles card. 
  2. Select an item in the Bundle Name column to go to the bundle details page.

Required Authorization

Subscribe Bundles and Edit Bundles authorizations can be granted by one of the administrators in your company.

The following information is shown on the bundle details page:

 

Header

  • Bundle Name
  • Bundle ID
  • Criticality
  • Description
  • Created By
  • Created On
  • Changed By
  • Changed On
     
     

Buttons

  • Select  Edit  to update bundle details shown in the header.
  • Select  Delete  to delete the bundle.

     

Cards

Systems:

  • Use the filter options Data Center and Cloud Service in the filter bar above the list to find a specific system.
  • Click a system number in the System column to enter the system details page. 
  • Select the Add Systems button to add systems to the bundle.
  • For any item in the list, select the Delete button  to remove the system from the bundle.
     

Subscription:

  • Select the “Add Subscriptions” button to subscribe to the bundle.
  • For any item in the list, select the Delete button to unsubscribe the user from the bundle.
  • For any item in the list, select the Edit button to configure the Notification Types of the subscription.
