Services
The Services(opens in new tab) section offers an overview about the services that have been delivered within the last 24 month based on the calculated session date of the service. It also includes the planned services in the future date.
All shown services are based on the time period selected in filter Time Period and status, according to selection in filter Status.
You can further set focus for a specific group of services usint the filter field Line of Service (typical options to select are e.g. SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Premium Engagement or SAP Preferred Success).
Note: The calculated session date is using following fields for the calculation:
- Service Order Creation Date
- Requested End Date
- Session Date
The latest of those dates is used for the calculated session date.
Go to the Services section in SAP for Me.
Procedure
From the sidebar, select Reporting → Services tab.
Charts and Tables
By default, three graphs and two interactive tables are shown that display maintenance details. If you click on a segment in one graph, this will filter the data in the other graphs and in the tables accordingly. Click the segment again to deactivate the filter.
By Session Status – shows the number of services segmented by the delivery status.
By Sub-Solution Area and Status – shows the number of services by the delivery status and segmented by sub-solution area.
By Session Date and Status – shows the number of services by time period of calculated delivery status and segmented by delivery status.
Service Order Items – The details in the table match the selections made in the charts. Here you can see the details of the planned and delivered services.
If the service is complete you can click on the Service Report, which will take you to the service results report.
